| What to do For the outdoor enthusiast adventures abound in the Tsitsikama and Kouga Mountains. There are hiking, 4x4, off road biking/cycling and quadbike trails while other activities include mountain climbing, swimming and fishing, kayaking on the Kouga River (into the Baviaans if you so wish), hikes to San rock-art sites and golf and bowls in Joubertina. Or you can simply take a leisurely hike on our private trail to magnificent view sites of the Langkloof Valley from the hills behind our property. |

Garden on the Hill Sadawatara, derived from the San words meaning “Garden on the Hill”, specialises in indigenous bulbs and in particular Watsonia. We have possibly one of the biggest selections and plantings of Watsonia in South Africa. The range of colour of both evergreen and deciduous varieties is stunning. |

| Our farm is situated amidst the Langkloof's famous apple orchards, approx 10km west of Joubertina and 2km outside the village of Krakeel, enjoys 180deg views from sunrise to sunset and a jewelled sky at night. So why not make this your spot for your next holiday? We are well situated for day trips to the Tsitsikama, along the Garden Route, George, Jeffreys Bay and Port Elizabeth, all between one and two hours away on good roads, and are at the southern entrance to the Baviaanskloof Wilderness Area. |
